With a combination of lived and professional experiences spanning over 10 years, we truly understand the unique challenges of raising a child, or assisting an individual with autism, ADHD and anxiety. We’re here to offer a safe, supportive space where you can learn, connect and find practical strategies to help you and those around you, thrive!
With our online and face-to-face courses across Australia along with the insightful resource Choice of Two book, we offer practical strategies and support to help you navigate daily life and empower your child, loved one or supported individual. We are a community that understands, provides resources that inspire and helps give a path towards confidence.
This story book is crafted for parents who navigate the unique challenges of togetherness while caring for children living with distinct ‘labels’, whether they be cognitive, physical, or a blend of both. Drawing from personal parenting experiences and having learnt the complexities first-hand while loving a boy who lives with intellectual disability, autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), sensory processing disorder and anxiety, this book seeks to extend beyond fellow parents. Instead, it’s a resource to share with your family and friends, encouraging them to explore and understand your child’s ‘labels’, rethink social planning, and delve into concepts like sensory overload, accessibility, and best ways of communicating.
